Public Joint-Stock Company “Settlement Center for Servicing Contracts in the Financial Markets” is a key financial market infrastructure institution in the capital markets whose operation supports the stability of the financial system and fosters trust among its participants. The Settlement Center operates in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Capital Markets and Organized Commodity Markets”, holds the status of a clearing institution, and performs central counterparty (CCP) clearing activities. The Settlement Center carries out its activities on the basis of two licenses issued by the National Securities and Stock Market Commission (NSSMC):

The Settlement Center ensures safe and efficient settlement both on organized markets and outside them, providing professional capital market participants with infrastructure built in line with the best international standards.
In its operations, the Settlement Center uses a modern IT and technological platform, a redundant infrastructure, and secure communication channels, enabling the continuity of clearing operations even under challenging conditions. The Settlement Center cooperates with organized market operators, investment firms, the Central Securities Depository, the National Bank of Ukraine, and other market infrastructure participants, creating a single secure environment for trading financial instruments.
The Settlement Center aims to be not only a technical service provider but also a driving force behind the development of Ukraine’s capital markets—an institution that supports the introduction of new financial instruments, improves risk management approaches, and promotes a culture of trust and transparency, focusing on ensuring that Ukrainian and international participants can operate in an environment that meets global standards.
