The Settlement Center conducts a comprehensive self-assessment of its compliance with the PFMI standards and implements mechanisms for managing credit, liquidity, and operational risks, including regular stress testing and real-time monitoring. To ensure financial robustness, a multi-layered safeguard system has been established, comprising the Settlement Center’s own capital and participants’ contributions, in line with international best practices. The Settlement Center’s modern IT infrastructure ensures operational continuity and data protection through backup sites, data backup systems, and cybersecurity measures. Its corporate governance framework-based on effective management of the Settlement Center, including an appropriate allocation of powers among the General Meeting of Shareholders, the Supervisory Board, and the Management Board, as well as the functioning of an internal control system-complies with the principles of transparency and accountability. In addition, the Settlement Center regularly discloses information on its activities, financial results, and key risks, thereby confirming compliance with the PFMI–IOSCO requirements and strengthening market participants’ trust.
According to the results of the most recent comprehensive assessment of the Settlement Center’s activities conducted by the National Bank of Ukraine on the basis of compliance with the Principles which, under international oversight standards, apply to entities performing central counterparty functions, the Settlement Center demonstrated the following levels of compliance:

Thus, the Settlement Center demonstrates a strong commitment to international standards and provides reliable, transparent, and efficient clearing services, playing an important role in maintaining the stability of Ukraine’s financial system.
